When I wake in the morning and sometimes before I sleep the night before, I wonder what I learned in the past day. Time is so precious the older we get. We find ourselves wandering mentally back to better days, different days, when our time seemed our own. We made choices that we felt were good ones, and learned that hindsight makes us consider the choices we made. Good or bad, we hope we learned something. In our quiet time, we ponder that.
Ponder is a strange word. It often brings up questions we’ll never know the answers to, but they keep us busy thinking about it anyway.
How can the only fly in the house know where I am at all times? How does he know how to hide when I pick up a fly swatter?
How does the mail person know to bring the mail right after I take the trash out so I have to take another trip out there? I know, I should have waited, but it was time to take the trash out!
How can I be accused by hubby of having more trash than anyone in the neighborhood and still be accused of never throwing anything away?
How can I walk into a room and wonder why I came there? Why do I always remember why when I walk into another room and sit down?
How can I fix a lunch that goes into the microwave and find the last thing I thought I’d have to eat? And it’s cold.
How come all the latest Fall Fashions on QVC are all sixty dollars and up?
New for Fall are sherpa and fleece car coats? Who knows something about this coming winter and when did they find out and not tell us? If you have any of your own points to ponder, add them to this in the comment section please!

James 3:17 “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, then easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
