Countryside Christian Church supports the following missionaries and ministries in addition to the outreach programs within the church. We are happy to partner with these ministries with the goal of Romans 15:20 – “It has always been my ambition to preach the Gospel where Christ was not known…”
Last September, the Mission department decided to add Chinese to Christ Ministries (C2C) to the missions supported by Countryside Church. In April, Wing Wong came to the Faith Promise rally and presented his mission work in New Hampshire and also in China. Wing Wong has worked for many years in China presenting the message of Christ and also to the Chinese in New Hampshire. The work in New Hampshire is under the partnership of Restoration House Ministries.

Visionary Christians from eleven churches organized Rock River Christian Camp in 1944. In 1954 nineteen churches purchased property located on Illinois Route 64, eight miles northwest of Polo. The camp’s 94 acres have been transformed over the years into a beautiful facility ministering and sharing with youth and adults from over 60 Churches of Christ/Christian Churches in northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, and eastern Iowa.

Today, LCU strives to meet the needs of students by designing a Christ centered curriculum that not only prepares them for their chosen profession but also gives them the knowledge and desire to live out their faith in this fallen world.
Students come to LCU for a major. They leave on a Mission.

ME & MY HOUSE OUTREACH
Josh & Susan Sanchez Family – Manzanillo, Mexico
“As for ME & MY HOUSE, we will serve the Lord”. Joshua 24:15
“We came to Manzanillo, Mexico, a city of 125,000 with no previous Independent Christian Church or Church of Christ, in January of 2006 to begin a church with a small group of 10 believers that were living here. The closest CC congregations are a 3 hour drive.
We are located on the western coast of Mexico, in the largest sea port. 1 in 5 work for the port, so our city’s main source of income is trade, not tourism. The main religion is cultural Catholicism, with Jehovah’s Witnesses running a close second. JW’s, alone, have over 30 different congregations spread throughout the city.”
Pioneer Bible Translators exists to disciple the Bibleless, mobilizing God’s people to provide enduring access to God’s Word. Our vision is to see transformed lives through God’s Word in every language. The work is not finished until there are networks of churches using Scripture to grow, mature and multiply in every language group on Earth.
